Download takes a couple of minutes (broadband) and is not reccomended w/ dial-up.
Schedule requires MS Office 2000 or later, and first use requires download of the webparts ad-in from MS (follow prompts). you may have to click the second link that says "See the Microsoft Office Web site for more information." and then hit the download button.
This is worth the trouble. Schedule can be sorted and searched every way imaginable to create a custom list of just the meetings you want to see.
Click the arrow on a column, then un-check show all. Now, select all that apply. Do this for any columns you like.
Try just a few zips, or select all east or west side meetings, or look up all the mens or womens meetings being held tonight. Sort by the notes field to find the few meetings offering child care.
Check out the icons for thier functionality. eg. the sheet can be exported to excel and saved, however, you will then loose some of the features mentioned above.
